Recurring weekly slots
Tuesday at 17:00, every week of the term. Enroll the child once and the sessions keep appearing on their schedule.
Now onboarding pilot businesses in the UAE
TeamNa is one app for your timetable, your bookings, your cancellation rules and your card payments in AED. Members see their own schedule and book themselves in. You stop repeating yourself in chat.
Built for swimming academies, pilates studios and small clubs. Members join by invitation, so nothing about your business becomes public.
One app, two sides
The owner and the parent open the same app and see completely different things. There is no second dashboard to log into and no separate member portal to explain.
Owners and staff
You run the business. The app runs the admin around it.
Parents and members
No group chat to scroll, no screenshots of a timetable.
How it works
Add your class types, your weekly slots, your packages and your cancellation policy. Fixed recurring slots for a term, open sessions people book one at a time, or both at once.
Share one invite link on WhatsApp. A parent installs the app, opens the link, adds each of their children, and they are in. No forms for you to fill in on their behalf.
Credits come off at booking, reminders go out before every session, cancellations follow your policy, and card payments land in your account. You step in only when you want to change something.
What is in it
Tuesday at 17:00, every week of the term. Enroll the child once and the sessions keep appearing on their schedule.
Sell a bundle of sessions with an expiry date. Booking spends a credit, a valid cancellation puts it straight back.
Pick the cut-off, decide what a late cancellation costs, cap reschedules. The app enforces the rule so you never have to.
Members pay for packages and monthly fees inside the app. The money goes to your account through a licensed payment provider.
A reminder before the session, a notice when you move one, and a nudge when someone is nearly out of credits.
A parent adds each child once, then books for any of them, even across two different businesses.
No separate dashboard to learn. Switch to the owner side and manage the whole week from the phone in your hand.
A member moves a session to another slot and the app checks the cut-off, the capacity and your reschedule limit before it says yes.
See what came in, from whom and for what, without reconciling bank transfers against a chat history.
Made for the UAE
TeamNa is being built with businesses in the UAE, not adapted from somewhere else. That decides the currency, the reminder channel and the calendar it schedules against.
Early access
We are onboarding a small number of pilot businesses by hand, and we set your timetable up with you. Fill this in and we will get back to you on WhatsApp or by email.
Questions
Not publicly. We are onboarding a small number of pilot businesses in the UAE by hand, starting with a swimming academy and a pilates studio. If that sounds like your business, use the form above and we will talk.
There is no subscription and no setup fee in the first version. TeamNa takes a small platform fee on the card payments that run through it, so if no money moves, you pay nothing.
The exact rate is agreed with each pilot business directly while we work out what is fair. Once the pilots have settled it, the number will be published on this page.
Yes. TeamNa is a mobile app for iPhone and Android, and it is the same app for owners and for members. There is no web version to fall back on in the first release.
It is not in the App Store or on Google Play yet. Pilot businesses and their members get it from us directly, and the store listings follow once the pilots are running.
Yes, and you should. Tell us what a normal week looks like and we set up the class types, the weekly slots, the packages and the cancellation policy with you before a single member is invited. You never start from an empty timetable.
Every business is separated at the application layer, so one business can never read another's members, sessions or payments. Card details never reach our servers: payments are handled by a licensed payment provider.
Child profiles hold a name and a date of birth so a session can be booked for the right child, and nothing else. We never market to children. The privacy notice spells out exactly what is stored and why.
